SCIENTIST HAVE FOUND THAT HIGH STRESS LEVELS WHILE LEARNING CAN ACTUALLY BE HARMFUL TO THE BRAIN.
THAT LEARNING IN THE TRADITIONAL SCHOOL LECTURE & TESTING METHODS MAY NOT EVEN BE VERY EFFECTIVE BECAUSE DUE TO THE HIGH STRESS . MOST STUDENTS FORGET MOST OF THE MATERIAL AFTER A STRESSFUL TEST. THE BODY & MIND WANT TO RID THEMSELVES OF THE STRESS THAT IS NOW CONNECTED WITH THE MATERIAL.
